What exactly does your AI detect?
Our AI is laser-focused on intruder detection. It’s trained specifically to recognize people and vehicles, not to label animals, shadows or wind-blown objects. This specialisation allows us to offer best-in-class accuracy without the noise.
Where is my data stored?
All data is securely stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, with servers located in Amsterdam. This ensures compliance with European data regulations and gives you peace of mind when it comes to privacy and security.
Is cloud AI secure and reliable?
Yes, cloud AI is built with security at its core. It runs on encrypted, high-availability servers. even if internet connection drops, the edge AI continues working locally to ensure uninterrupted detection.
Do I need cloud AI all the time?
Edge AI handles real-time detection, but cloud AI acts as a second brain: it validates detections and filters out false alarms. While edge can run alone, using both layers together ensures maximum accuracy and minimum noise.
Will it work with my current cameras?
Absolutely. Our system is camera-agnostic and supports any streamable IP camera (RTSP). No need to replace your setup, just connect and go.

How easy is it to install the S360 box?
The S360 box is plug-and-play. Just connect it to your security cameras, and you’re ready to go, no complex setup required. Every box includes a quick-start manual, and our online knowledge base is always available for extra guidance.
Can I manage it remotely?
Yes, once connected to the cloud, you can monitor and manage the S360 box from anywhere using the S360 Cloud Portal or mobile app. Remote access also means the box stays up to date automatically, no need for on-site maintenance.
What happens if the internet goes down?
For extra reliability, the LTE version offers a (backup) connection to ensure continuous alerting and communication, even in case of network failure.
How secure is the S360 box?
The S360 box uses encrypted communication protocols to keep your data protected, both locally and in the cloud. We follow best-in-class security practices to ensure full peace of mind.

Can I manage multiple sites?
Yes, the Cloud Portal is designed to manage multiple locations from a single dashboard.
Is the Cloud Portal secure?
Absolutely. All communication is encrypted end-to-end, and data is stored securely in Microsoft Azure (Amsterdam region).
What happens if the internet drops?
Edge AI on the S360 Box continues working. Alerts may be delayed until the connection is restored. For always-on connectivity, choose the LTE version of the S360 box.
Does the Cloud Portal require extra licenses?
No. Access to the Cloud Portal is included in your S360 system license.

Can I control my security system from the app?
Yes, the S360 app lets you arm, disarm, and manage each partition of your site remotely. You can also schedule actions and use geofencing for automatic arming.
Will I get real-time alerts?
Yes, you’ll receive instant push notifications for detections or any important events happening at your site.
Can I view camera footage in the app?
Yes, the app shows live footage from up to 8 linked cameras per partition, so you can check in anytime from anywhere.
Is the app easy to use for multiple locations?
Absolutely. The app dashboard gives you a clear overview of all your locations, each with its own status and partitions for quick access and control.
Can other people use the app too?
