Managing accounts

You can add, modify, and delete users in your account settings. You can easily set roles for users and enable specific functions in the mobile app for each user individually.

Adding a user

  1. Click on + Add in the account overview.
  2. Fill in the user’s general information.
  3. The user’s email address will receive an automatic message to set up a Secury360 account.

Application roles


  • Installer tech: User can view and modify Secury360 installations in the Cloud Portal.
  • Installer sales: User can view all sales tools but cannot modify Secury360 installations.
  • Combine 'Installer tech' and 'Installer sales' for full access to the Cloud Portal.

Client permissions


  • Client: User can view and modify what is selected in ‘Client permissions’.

Mobile App permissions


  • Select the installations the user can access in the mobile app.
  • Set the appropriate permissions for each user.
