S360 box settings

Click on Settings to open a new window where you can manage the S360 box’s configurations.

General settings

  • Manage general settings for the S360 box.
  • When Standalone is enabled, the S360 box can be armed or disarmed using the mobile app or according to a time schedule.

Licensing and subscription

  • On the Licensing page, choose your preferred subscription model and set your fair use preference.
  • Your subscription choice will affect AI accuracy, while the fair use preference influences your billing.
  • Be sure to review all options carefully.

Detection trigger

  • Select whether the Edge AI or Camera AI is used as the detection trigger.

Connection type

  • Choose the type of connection for the S360 box: broadband or external 3G/4G/5G.

Partition and alarm configuration

  • Configure partitions, set alarm delays, and define durations.
  • Route a partition to the desired output of the S360 box.
  • You can assign cameras to different partitions and use zones for setting different partitions within a single camera view, as well as setting an alarm trigger duration.

Alarm panel configuration

  • The outputs for connecting to an alarm panel are fixed and depend on the number of partitions in use.
  • Configure the remaining outputs by selecting an output action.
  • Inputs 1, 2, and 3 are reserved for arming/disarming partitions.
  • Inputs 4, 5, and 6 are reserved for error inputs (e.g., sabotage detection from cameras).

Error events

  • Set different error event types, such as blackout and scene change errors.

Scheduling

  • Set a preferred schedule for the S360 box.
  • You can copy schedules to other days and set different schedules for each partition.

Holidays and custom dates

  • Add official holidays to the schedule.
  • If custom dates are required, they can be configured as well.

Network Optix (NX) VMS configuration

  • If you wish to use Network Optix VMS on the S360 box, configure the connection here.
  • For further instructions on NX configuration, see page 25.
  • After configuring NX locally, ensure you add the system to NX Cloud to access it remotely.
