Using the Cloud Portal Dashboard

An overview of the cloud portal’s main dashboard, where you can manage devices, view alerts, and monitor security status in real time.

1. Exporting detection data

In the bottom-right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find options to export detection data:

  • Set your desired detection filters.
  • Click the download icon to export a CSV or Excel file containing detection clips and their details.

🔹 Note: Detection clips are stored in the cloud for 30 days.

2. Accessing menu options

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you can open a drop-down menu with the following options:

  • Accounts: Manage user accounts, including adding, editing, or deleting accounts, and assigning roles.
  • Settings:
    • Enable alerts to specific email addresses.
    • Upload a custom logo to personalize the mobile app interface.
