An overview of the cloud portal’s main dashboard, where you can manage devices, view alerts, and monitor security status in real time.
1. Exporting detection data
In the bottom-right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find options to export detection data:
- Set your desired detection filters.
- Click the download icon to export a CSV or Excel file containing detection clips and their details.
🔹 Note: Detection clips are stored in the cloud for 30 days.
2. Accessing menu options
In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you can open a drop-down menu with the following options:
- Accounts: Manage user accounts, including adding, editing, or deleting accounts, and assigning roles.
- Settings:
- Enable alerts to specific email addresses.
- Upload a custom logo to personalize the mobile app interface.
