Configuring the S360 box: Network settings, firewall, DNS and protocols
Learn how to configure your S360 box to suit your specific needs, including network settings, device linking, and system preferences.
Network settings
- Ensure the internet port automatically obtains a dynamic IP address from a local DHCP server.
- If no DHCP server is available, manually set a static IP address via the web interface.

Firewall settings
The below table gives an overview of the outgoing connections from the S360 box to the internet. These ports must be open for outgoing traffic for the S360 box to operate correctly:

Set DNS resolution to: 1.1.1.1 & 8.8.8.8
Accessing the web interface to change network settings
Step 1: Connect locally
- Ensure your device is connected to the local network of the S360 Box.
Step 2: Open a web browser
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Enter the following URL in the address bar, replacing
"SERIALNUMBER"with the actual serial number of your S360 box.
Step 3: Log in
- Enter your username and password to access the S360 box web interface.
