Configuring the S360 box

Learn how to configure your S360 box to suit your specific needs, including network settings, device linking, and system preferences.

Network settings

  • Ensure the internet port automatically obtains a dynamic IP address from a local DHCP server.
  • If no DHCP server is available, manually set a static IP address via the web interface.

Firewall settings

The S360 box enables communication from an on-premises server to the cloud using supported protocols. Use the table below as a guideline for firewall configuration:

Accessing the web interface to change network settings

Step 1: Connect locally

  • Ensure your device is connected to the local network of the S360 Box.

Step 2: Open a web browser

  • Open your preferred web browser.
  • Enter the following URL in the address bar, replacing "SERIALNUMBER" with the actual serial number of your S360 box.

Step 3: Log in

  • Enter your username and password to access the S360 box web interface.
