Connecting the S360 box

Instructions for connecting the S360 box to your network and devices, ensuring seamless integration and reliable operation.

To set up your S360 box, follow these steps:

  1. Connect the required cables

    • Plug in the internet access cable.
    • Connect the camera network access cable.
    • Plug in the DC power supply (Mean Well GST36E12-P1J, included in the box).

  2. Choose the arm/disarm method

    • The S360 Box can either:
      ✅ Be connected to an alarm panel.
      ✅ Operate independently based on a schedule or via the S360 mobile app.
    • Important: A combination of both methods is not possible.
    • By default, the S360 box is set to standalone mode.

Connecting to an alarm panel

If you want to connect the S360 box to an alarm panel, follow these steps:

  1. Wire the alarm panel to the S360 box

    • Attach the alarm panel’s alarm input to S360 box Output 1 COM and NC (Alarm Output 1).
    • Attach the alarm panel’s output to the S360 box Input 1 (Zone 1 Input).

  2. Disable standalone mode

    • Log in to the Cloud Portal.
    • Navigate to General Settings.
    • Set Standalone Mode to "No".

  3. Configure additional zones (Optional)

    • You can configure multiple zones by connecting additional outputs and inputs.
