Log

The Log page in the Secury360 mobile app allows you to review up to 30 days of past events from all your installations. This powerful tool ensures you stay informed and can retrieve video evidence when needed.

Where to find it

You can access the log page by tapping the Log icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

What you can view

The log gives you a chronological list of all significant events recorded by your system, including:

• Person detections

• Partition change requests (e.g., user requested to arm/disarm a partition)

• Partition state changes (e.g., system automatically armed/disarmed via schedule or geofencing)

Filtering the log

To narrow down the list and find specific events faster:

1. Tap the Filter button.

2. Choose which cameras to include.

3. Select the event types you’re interested in:

   • Person detection

   • Partition change request

   • Partition state change

4. Define your desired date range (up to 30 days back).

5. Tap Apply to update the list.

Viewing a detection

When a person detection is listed:

• The log entry includes the name of the box, the partition, and the camera.

• You’ll see a snapshot of the moment the detection was triggered.

To dive deeper:

1. Tap the snapshot.

2. A 10-second video clip of the detection will play.

3. Tap the Save to camera roll icon to download the clip to your phone’s camera roll as evidence.

💡 These clips are a great way to share proof of suspicious activity or verify who entered your property.
